“Our College is a learning community seeking truth by living out the Gospel values through the Catholic faith and by promoting the holistic and optimal development of each person”.
Under the patronage of the Holy Family, Mandurah Catholic College welcomes and cares for students, parents and staff as members of a diverse but inter-connected family. We are united by a common mission to provide a learning environment that develops the spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional and physical needs of all those whom it serves.
Mandurah Catholic College incorporates its motto, Seek Truth, into curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular programs. Students are given every opportunity to develop their gifts and talents throughout a range of spiritual, educational and sporting pursuits. As a Catholic school our ultimate truth is God and students within the College have opportunities to grow in faith through daily prayer and reflection, celebration of mass, Reconciliation, retreat experiences and sacramental preparation.
Service Learning at Mandurah Catholic College engages students in civic responsibility, critical thinking and structured reflection by actively involving them in organised community service. These experiences reflect Jesus’ commandment to ‘Love one another’ and prepares the students for a lifetime of personal growth and social responsibility.
At Mandurah Catholic College we provide students with the opportunity to work with underprivileged communities internationally. Currently the College supports Flores Village Partners, an organisation that helps disadvantaged communities on the island of Flores, Indonesia. A yearly trip, complemented by fundraising events, allows students to actively engage to make the world a better place. The College also supports several schools and orphanages in Nairobi, Kenya despite our students no longer embarking on trips to that country anymore. The College has nurtured and supported a longstanding relationship with our Nairobi partners for more than 15 years.
