Rocking Our Feeder SchoolsPosted in College Community,The Arts on Friday, 6 December, 2019

Over two days, the Year 7, Year 8 and Senior Rock Band visited our feeder schools (St Damien’s Catholic Primary School, Dawesville, Assumption Catholic Primary School, Meadow Springs, St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Waroona and St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Pinjarra) to perform.

Students performed a 1 hour concert for the Primary students and were treated to a rock star welcome.

Feedback from the schools:

A big thank you to all involved in today’s ‘Tour’. I’m pretty sure it was evident how much we enjoyed our concert!
We were really impressed with the awesome talent on display and how well rehearsed each act was. It was great to see the level of friendship and support amongst your students and the way they encouraged crowd participation was fantastic!
St Joseph’s Waroona can’t wait for the next tour dates.

Thank you so much for today!
The students (and staff!) thoroughly enjoyed the MCC Rock Bands performance today.
We were so impressed with the skill level of the musicians and the amazing singers!
Many of our students left the performance today wanting to learn how to play the instruments – the drums in particular! We are all looking forward to the next performance and are very grateful that the MCC Rock Bands came to visit.
