Youth RallyPosted in Ministry on Friday, 10 May, 2019

Bunbury Diocesan Youth Ministry Office is organising a Youth Rally on Sunday, 19 May, from 1.30pm to 5.30pm at St. Patrick’s Cathedral Bunbury. We are excited to announce that our presenter is internationally known and former X-Factor contestant Father Rob Galea!

Father Rob is a very talented and enthusiastic Priest and musician. He is a favourite amongst young people and has a real gift in being able to engage and energise with our young people, while also communicating important and relevant messages of faith. He has performed at the Australian Catholic Youth Festival, World Youth Day and mostly recently for the Holy Father Pope Francis. You may also recall Fr Rob auditioning for the X-Factor a few years ago. He and his team currently minister to over 400,000 young people each year, carrying Christ’s message of hope and relationship with Jesus to all they encounter. Fr Rob’s passion is to draw others to the heart of God. He believes that music and film are an important instrument in helping people understanding the need for intimacy with God. Fr Rob has released seven music projects to date and has released several short films.
